Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Higher
3 years minimum in Technical Service Engineer/Process Engineer/Technology/NPI
Strong background in quality assurance practices, methodologies and tools, experience with implementing and managing QMS
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of quality assurance professionals effectively
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and driving quality initiatives within the organization
Familiarity with the specific industry standards, regulations and best practices relevant to tire manufacturing
Energize the team and maintain a positive attitude with peers

Responsibilities

Lead the quality performance and process consistency of Radial AERO tires across Tire Assembly, Curing and Final Finishing operations
Ensure aviation tires meet all internal and external quality standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives, manage key quality KPIs, and contribute to the successful launch of new products when required
Manage and ensure technology transfers are implemented; carry out continuous improvement for better cost, productivity, and delivery
Manage and ensure all subordinates are well trained and taken care of for safety
Manage activities in Aviation products for improved quality drive by E-LPA; lead internal audit in aviation products area (New aero, Aero Retread and Radial Aero) to sustain product quality
Ensure Aviation tire Quality Management System complies with Goodyear GQMTS, E-LPA, FAA, CAAC, CAAS DGCA, Thai DCA, and EASA; implement processes for new requirements or regulations
Establish Quality Management System for Aviation products to meet aviation regulations/standards and customer requirements
Review tire performance data and assist tire investigations to meet quality objectives
Ensure consistent product quality through oversight of Tire Assembly, Curing and Final Finishing operations for Radial Aero tires
Conduct regular reviews and reporting of product performance, waste, and defect trends
Establish plans for Lead internal audit systems in aviation products and Quality System Audit/Airworthiness Directive
Drive continuous improvement on layer process audit; maintain highest standards on outgoing quality of aviation products
Ensure compliance with aviation quality standards and documentation requirements
Collaborate with manufacturing and maintenance teams to resolve product and process issues
Support new product development and pre-production runs of Radial aero tires by coordinating quality requirements and ensuring successful validations
