Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferably in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or Product Design
At least ten (10) years of business or IT experience
At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant work experience in product experience design or UX design
Proficiency utilizing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, and other relevant software
Ability to report to one of the Pulse Point locations (New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Woodland Hills, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; or Mendota Heights, MN) or within reasonable commuting distance (in-office 1 day per week)

Responsibilities

Lead the creation of all UX/UI interaction design artifacts and execute activities to deliver a vision for the overall user experience across web and mobile products
Oversee execution of multiple large digital product design initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand identity, other digital technology platforms, and user-centered design principles
Collaborate and gain alignment with leadership, business leaders, digital product leaders, and technology leaders to shape the design of digital products
Drive product experience design that appeals to users and aligns with business strategic goals to contribute to growth and success
Incorporate AI, automation, and/or hyper-personalization (including AI Experience and Vibe Coding) to enhance the user experience
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, automation, hyper-personalization), and digital experience design methodologies to inform and elevate product experience design
