Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or Product Design
  • At least ten (10) years of business or IT experience
  • At least eight (8) years of progressive relevant work experience in product experience design or UX design
  • Proficiency utilizing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Experience Manager, and other relevant software
  • Ability to report to one of the Pulse Point locations (New York, NY; Atlanta, GA; Woodland Hills, CA; Walnut Creek, CA; or Mendota Heights, MN) or within reasonable commuting distance (in-office 1 day per week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of all UX/UI interaction design artifacts and execute activities to deliver a vision for the overall user experience across web and mobile products
  • Oversee execution of multiple large digital product design initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals, brand identity, other digital technology platforms, and user-centered design principles
  • Collaborate and gain alignment with leadership, business leaders, digital product leaders, and technology leaders to shape the design of digital products
  • Drive product experience design that appeals to users and aligns with business strategic goals to contribute to growth and success
  • Incorporate AI, automation, and/or hyper-personalization (including AI Experience and Vibe Coding) to enhance the user experience
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI, automation, hyper-personalization), and digital experience design methodologies to inform and elevate product experience design
