Responsibilities

  • Partner with business teams representing Card Data, Models, Decisioning, and Credit
  • Work with design systems and define net new components in ambiguous, highly technical spaces involving raw data, models, and internal associate-facing platforms
  • Advocate for user needs and deliver innovative, world-class products
  • Leverage expertise in product design across interaction, visual, and service design to elevate design practice quality and maturity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create artifacts including journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes
  • Champion the customer through the design process, using critical-thinking skills factoring in data, research insights, scalability, tech constraints, and feedback
  • Understand and apply business and customer strategy, facilitate design process activities, and negotiate customer needs with business goals
  • Build understanding of tech and data capabilities and emerging technologies to inform work, identify opportunities, and navigate technical limitations
  • Foster relationships with partners, expand network, listen to diverse views, collaborate to influence outcomes, break down silos, and gain alignment
  • Present work to audiences across levels and functions using human-centered approaches integrating design frameworks, data, and research insights
