Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in Product/UI/UX Design for mobile apps, with solid experience in iOS
  • Portfolio that shows impact on conversion funnels, onboarding, paywall/checkout, and A/B tests
  • Thinks in metrics — CTR, CVR, install-to-trial, trial-to-paid, ARPU/LTV, churn
  • Confident use of AI tools throughout the design process
  • Advanced Figma user (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping); AI plugins are a plus
  • Strong grasp of iOS HIG, in-app purchase/subscription patterns, and App Store Review Guidelines
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design
  • Understanding of AARRR / HEART frameworks, JTBD, CJM, and CRO principles for mobile
  • Ability to write detailed, clear specs — states, edge cases, localizations, text lengths
  • Moves fast and iterates even faster — exploring alternatives, explaining trade-offs, and maintaining top quality
  • Transparent in communication and thrives in short feedback loops with the Growth Manager
  • Nice to Have: Experience with localization, multi-currency flows, and pricing experiments
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with win-back/renewal funnels, post-trial retention, and push/in-app messaging strategies

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize the Web-to-App journey: FB Ad → W2A → Checkout → App Store → Onboarding
  • Iterate on W2A funnels and checkout flows: test messaging, step order, barriers, pricing, plans, and trial structures
  • Generate, score, and prioritize hypotheses using ICE/PIE frameworks
  • Deliver quick, testable solutions in Figma — with multiple versions ready for experimentation
  • Design and evolve onboarding, paywall, and purchase experiences; test messaging, pricing, trials, bundles, and localizations
  • Define analytics events, track key states, and validate implementation post-release
  • Build a lightweight design system for growth experiments — fast, flexible, and easy to iterate on
  • Collaborate closely with the Growth Manager and iOS team; bring data, AI, and user empathy together in every decision
