Candidates should possess 3-4 years of experience designing for web and mobile platforms, demonstrating strong execution across interaction design, visual design, and prototyping. They should also exhibit systems thinking, comfortable utilizing research, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions, and have experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers. Strong attention to craft and quality, coupled with proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping tools like Framer or Principle, is required.
As a Product Designer II, candidates will own design projects and align them with Eventbrite’s broader vision, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and create user-centered solutions. They will solve complex design challenges, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability, upholding high standards of craft and quality while contributing to and evolving Eventbrite’s design system. Additionally, they will iterate on designs based on user research, data, and feedback, and support a culture of design excellence by mentoring junior designers as they grow.
