Requirements

  • 2+ years of product design experience working on software or web applications (SaaS and Ad Tech experience preferred)
  • Strong online portfolio demonstrating design process, execution skills, and impact in creating user-centered interfaces
  • Expert proficiency in Figma
  • Reside within a 60-mile radius of San Francisco, CA (hybrid role, no relocation)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for new features from concept through launch, solving complex user problems with simple, informative, and effective solutions
  • Evaluate and iterate existing features based on customer needs, pain points, and qualitative/quantitative data to improve user experience
  • Communicate feature functionality and visuals to product and engineering teams via user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Adhere to and contribute to the existing Design System, including tweaks for efficiency and advocating for component usage with front-end development; create new UI elements as needed
  • Participate in and support user research and testing studies to gather feedback on existing and proposed features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into high-quality designs and present them to stakeholders
