  • Ability to design and improve interfaces for Portal, POS, Delivery, Marketing, and Reporting tools, considering complex user scenarios and operational workflows
  • Experience running research with B2B stakeholders (clients) to uncover real problems behind feature requests
  • Experience running research with end users (cashiers, couriers, warehouse staff) to identify pain points and validate UX changes
  • Skills in developing clear user flows and information structures for usability and efficiency
  • Ability to balance priorities between improving legacy experiences and designing/delivering new quarterly features
  • Proficiency in prototyping and testing ideas to validate concepts and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with data, such as analyzing PostHog metrics and survey results to identify insights and measure impact
  • Knowledge of maintaining and evolving a design system for consistency and scalability
  • Ability to provide clear handoffs for developers and Product Owners, run demos, and support implementation reviews
  • Strong collaboration skills with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Account Managers/Support, and developers, with open and proactive communication
