Responsibilities

  • Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable design solutions; challenge assumptions and clarify the “why”
  • Collaborate with PM and engineering in agile rituals; present and defend design rationale in reviews
  • Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze findings, and iterate quickly
  • Suggest new patterns and propose updates to shared components for consistency and scalability
