Responsibilities

Design user-centered workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and specs aligned with our design system
Translate high-level requirements into clear, actionable design solutions; challenge assumptions and clarify the “why”
Collaborate with PM and engineering in agile rituals; present and defend design rationale in reviews
Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze findings, and iterate quickly
Suggest new patterns and propose updates to shared components for consistency and scalability
