Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in fast-moving environments
  • A strong product sense—you know when to polish and when to ship
  • Curiosity about user behavior and how to turn insights into delightful design
  • Willingness to challenge how we work, and openness to learning forward
  • Comfort working across the whole design process, from research and wireframes to prototypes and final UI
  • A natural collaborator who enjoys working side-by-side with developers

Responsibilities

  • Design simple, smart, and inspiring experiences for young footballers—from first-time onboarding to match analysis and video sharing
  • Work closely with PMs, developers, and our growth team to shape ideas and make them real fast
  • Prototype in code, Figma, or whatever gets the job done, we love building early and learning with our users
  • Talk to users, challenge assumptions, and dig deep into what matters to them
  • Help define and evolve our design system to match the ambition of our product
  • Embrace emerging tools and workflows that push the boundaries of what design can do—especially in a world where AI is changing the game
  • Support our commercial and growth teams with visuals that reflect our brand and passion
