Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a product, data, or business analyst
  • Excellent hands-on SQL skills
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker or Amplitude
  • Experience with analytics engineering tools (e.g., dbt, Dataform)
  • Ability to turn large amounts of ambiguous data into a concise, meaningful story
  • Knowledge of concepts in quantitative user behavior analysis - segmentation, trends, cohorts, churn, lifetime value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bonus points: Python, R, or any other scripting language
  • Experience building analytics outputs from scratch

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product teams to analyze complex datasets
  • Design, build, and maintain product-related reports and dashboards
  • Build data models that can support dynamic and efficient reporting
  • Collaborate with other teams to maintain and evolve data models
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations
  • Design experiments to test the validity of hypotheses about product and user experience optimization
  • Act as an analytical point of contact for stakeholders
  • Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to articulate key business questions and analyze product performance
