Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Financial engineering, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related relevant field of study
Understanding of financial markets, knowledge of and exposure to Fixed Income products
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
Proficient in Excel
Strong interpersonal skills to interact professionally with teams, senior members of the organization and clients
Team player attitude, including giving and receiving constructive feedback, and a deadline-orientated approach to group projects
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines (preferred)
Knowledge of Python (preferred)

Responsibilities

Support and supervise the day-to-day running of S&P Global's Fixed Income Pricing business
Gain in-depth product knowledge of S&P Global's pricing products and speak effectively on them internally and externally
Provide exceptional client service by responding to client questions on pricing and methodology, and performing price challenges
Build external relationships with clients, receive feedback, and act on customer feedback on products
Perform daily evaluation by assessing the quality of data provided and removing data sources that do not pass rigorous data quality checks
Adjust daily pricing assumptions to reflect security performance in current market conditions
Generate metrics and reports on the quality of pricing data
Propose and help implement process improvements to enhance quality and improve efficiency across S&P's pricing products
Work across pricing products and the broader organization to effect change and identify opportunities to grow the business (special focus on sales and business development)
Partner across sales and technology teams to help in the development, automation, and quality control efforts
