Requirements

  • 1-3 years in a data/product analyst role
  • Data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery)
  • Experience of data modelling and unstructured data

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in the organization to define various data requirements to drive business insights
  • Work with Business, Product and Data/Engineering teams for continuous improvement of data accuracy/ quality, instrumentation and completeness
  • Analyze large, complex data sets to solve business problems, apply advanced analytical methods as needed
  • Develop dashboards and data sets for daily, weekly and monthly consumption across the board
  • Perform root cause analysis along with different teams to solve for underlying problems
  • Evangelise data literacy across the company, organise and hold workshops
