Responsibilities

  • Research, compile, and analyze product usage data (e.g., clicks, feature adoption, time-to-value) and A/B test results to identify opportunities for improving the product experience and driving key business metrics
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new and existing product features
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to ensure proper instrumentation and data quality are in place to support product analytics, including helping to define tracking specifications for new features
  • Design, execute, and analyze targeted in-product surveys, polls, and feedback mechanisms to collect qualitative data that complements usage metrics
  • Collect and report on data related to current product and feature performance into easily digestible dashboards, presentations, and narratives used by the entire product organization
  • Summarize, interpret, and analyze complex product data, offering clear, actionable recommendations to Product Managers on optimization, prioritization, and potential new features
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations of key product findings, trends, and recommendations to product management and executive leadership
