Responsibilities
Sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department
Maintain overall department environment through product knowledge and customer service
Ensure all produce meets or exceeds company quality standards
Provide assistance to Members: answer questions, recommend products, safe handling tips, help find products
Inspect, rotate, and store produce upon delivery to meet company standards
Rotate produce on sales floor for optimal freshness and variety; fully stock cases and display areas
Keep produce displays neat, clean, and organized; remove unsuitable products
Deliver GOLD club standards daily: Grand opening look, all items stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, clean and organized inside/out
Resolve and deescalate member concerns; ensure safe, positive member experience
