Currently studying for a degree in Business and Management or any relevant discipline
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship (restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply)
Able to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS)

Responsibilities

Join either the Industrial Procurement and Supply Chain (ISP) or Major Equipment Procurement (MEP) function
In ISP: Involved in Direct and Indirect procurement as well as Supply Chain Management, bringing in essential product parts, test equipment, consulting services, or telecoms
In MEP: Manage commercial and business relationships with UK and overseas companies providing subsystems, systems, studies, and customer support
In MEP: Handle Risk Management, develop supplier strategies for value for money, build and nurture key customer or partner relationships
In MEP: Perform subcontract management, including drafting and amending terms and conditions, negotiating, and managing terms for key relationships
