Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related operations or administrative role
  • Foundational understanding of procurement processes, POs, and invoice workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
  • Available work-from-home setup with: Desktop/Laptop (4th generation or higher Intel i3 or equivalent, at least 4GB RAM, Windows 10+ or MAC OSX), own dual monitors, strong/stable internet (10 Mbps+ wired), PC headset, HD webcam (720p+)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process purchase orders and supplier invoices, ensuring correct data entry in internal systems and alignment with contractual terms
  • Support procurement operations by collecting and verifying vendor documentation, quotes, and pricing for compliance with internal controls and approval workflows
  • Upload and validate invoices in appropriate platforms, ensuring coding accuracy and alignment with purchase orders and receipts
  • Monitor open purchase orders and delivery schedules to track supplier performance and escalate delays or discrepancies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Fulfillment, and Inbound teams to resolve invoice or receipt mismatches
  • Maintain supplier records and documentation (e.g., W9s, insurance certs, contracts) per audit and compliance requirements
  • Assist in sourcing and supplier evaluation by gathering quotes, comparing pricing, and preparing summary data for Procurement Managers
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve data accuracy, and shorten cycle times
  • Build foundational knowledge in procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, SAP), contract compliance, and category management
