Degree or equivalent experience desired
Extensive experience in Quality Management: Interprets results of quantitative and statistical tools, communicates benefits of quality processes, conducts quality reviews, develops expertise in QA tools/techniques/standards, develops QA processes based on Six Sigma/ISO 9000/Baldrige, develops programs to motivate employees on quality goals
Extensive experience in Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Evaluates best practices, processes large detailed information accurately, balances speed/accuracy, implements cross-checking approaches, demonstrates expertise in QA tools/techniques/standards, employs techniques to motivate on accuracy goals
Working Knowledge in Collaborating: Participates in collaborative processes, initiates meetings under guidance, communicates shared goals with diverse groups, promotes collaboration across generations/functions/regions/levels, solves problems/meets goals through collaboration
Knowledge of Flexibility and Adaptability: Successful approaches for dealing with change, ability to adapt to changing environments

Responsibilities

Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data
Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation
Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up on corrective action responses from audits
Working in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste, and continuous improvements in meeting customer requirements
Performing advanced inspections and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products for conformance to quality standards
Focus on supplier quality for casting and machining parts, including quick response for ICA/ECA in manufacturing, driving RCCA progress, PDI improvement, and supplier audits
