Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional senior stakeholders from Procurement, Finance, Tech, P2P, Risk & Compliance, Corporate Comms, and Project Management
Design and thinking behind the Procurement HBS services
Develop and execute the Procurement services roadmap
Engage with Procurement, Finance Services, and Technology organizations to gather business requirements and design new business processes
Manage operations for sourcing/onboarding external workforce
Manage travel related operational procurement activities
Manage TPRM service operational delivery
Lead design and execution of sourcing specialisms such as low spend management and low to medium spend contracting management
Ensure smooth & uninterrupted support is provided to shoppers, buyers and suppliers to resolve their queries in a timely manner
