Requirements

Experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating supplier contracts across a variety of categories, including technology contracts for IT and Engineering teams
Experience utilizing contracts management systems (e.g. Lexion, Ironclad)
Experience working with and contributing to contract playbooks
Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, and Sonoma counties)

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for procurement contracts across a variety of contract types (MSAs, SOWs, SaaS Subscription Agreements, Order Forms, Technology Evaluation Agreements, Contingent Worker Agreements)
Lead contract negotiations with suppliers
Perform contract reviews and contract redlining. Draft redlines in accordance with our preferred positions and playbooks
Utilize contracts management system to administer contracts
Maintain contract renewal tracking mechanisms
Edit and contribute to contract playbooks
Identify cost savings opportunities
Manage stakeholder relationships
