Responsibilities

  • Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers, and confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
  • Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
  • Manage the order sequence of procurement and financial process end-to-end
  • Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities by applying relevant processes, policies, and applications
  • Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
  • Manage purchase and non-purchase orders
  • Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
  • Interact daily with peers within Accenture, and with clients and/or Accenture management
  • Work with minimal instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting own work and potentially others' work
  • Serve as an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort or team
