Responsibilities

Collect operational data/reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions
Boost vendor compliance, cut savings erosion, improve discount capture using preferred suppliers
Confirm pricing and terms prior to payment
Account for goods and services through requisitioning, purchasing, and receiving
Manage order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end
Design, implement, manage, and support accounts payable activities
Apply relevant processes, policies, and applications for accounts payable
Handle timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices
Manage purchase and non-purchase orders
Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices
Verify accuracy of incoming invoices
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts
Initiate the payment process
Solve routine problems through precedent and referral to general guidelines
Interact within own team and with direct supervisor
Follow detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
Make decisions impacting own work
Work as an individual contributor as part of a team with predetermined, focused scope of work
Work in rotational shifts
