Responsibilities

The Processing Specialist will sort, research, and process various paper notices including court notices, warrants, bankruptcies, and returned checks. Responsibilities include communicating clearly via email and phone with internal and external clients, researching tolls and violations to determine resolution status (paying, disputing, changing liability, refunding), and reviewing/auditing processes to provide feedback. The role also involves maintaining process documentation, tracking, and assisting with special projects as needed.
