Candidates must reside in Virginia and possess a valid state driver's license with proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting specific limits. Responsibilities

The Medical Records Retrieval Specialist will travel to provider offices within the region to scan medical records into a secure system, ensuring accurate and properly supported clinical documentation. They will adhere to state and federal regulations and internal policies while analyzing medical records. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments with physician offices efficiently, using a laptop, portable scanner, and encrypted flash drive to retrieve and upload medical records, and potentially traveling up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays. This role is part of Humana's Driver Safety Program.
