Requirements

Ability to set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation
Knowledge of monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure adherence to production/process specifications
Capability to resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations
Adherence to established procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) concerning quality, safety, and hygiene

Responsibilities

Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand
Monitor production controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to specifications
Resolve issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing, and/or packaging operations
Follow established procedures and respect Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) concerning quality, safety, and hygiene
Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand
Ensure maximum production quantity and quality
