Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field), or equivalent experience
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy

  • Proficient in managing Protected Health Information (PHI) workflows with a strong understanding of HIPAA and related regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned Report Generation workflows (RP, QC, or nP)
  • Lead cross-functional teams of scientists, analysts, and medical professionals, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, accurate project outcomes
  • Consistently evaluate business functions and processes to uncover opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate across product, regulatory, quality, pathology, science, trials, lab, and R&D teams to scale initiatives, support product requests, and manage roadmap execution
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that drive cross-functional efficiency and enable scalable growth
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met and workflows remain aligned with broader organizational goals
  • Support the definition of project scopes, objectives, and deliverables aligned with company goals
  • Oversee project communications, metrics, and stakeholder updates
  • May involve managing and supervising direct reports
  • Other duties as assigned
