Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in process analysis, simplification, and automation (Mandatory)
  • Spanish language (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge of process modeling tools (BPM, Visio, Bizagi, etc.) (Mandatory)
  • Experience in process automation (RPA, Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.) (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge and experience in Process Mining with tools like Celonis or others (Preferred)
  • Experience in agile methodologies and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) (Preferred)
  • High level of English (Preferred)
  • Analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end process analysis of different Bank Domains/Units: functional understanding, data analytics and interpretation, identification of specific business objectives per process, detection of pain points, identification of improvements, impact estimation, tracking of captured value, and continuous improvement
  • Apply Process Mining techniques for process analysis to identify simplification and automation opportunities and estimate impact (reduction in operational load, NPS improvement, Leadtime improvement, etc.)
  • Apply and ensure a value-based methodology focused on agility, simplicity, and reusability/scalability of solutions, applying the Group's process design fundamentals (Customer at the center, zero operational load, automation, Omnichannel)
  • Work in teams with Domains (technology, operations, and business) and train them for the adoption of new ways of working in the process world, with a focus on continuous improvement
