Proven experience in process engineering, with a focus on automation and transformation
Excellent project management and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Strong sense of responsibility and adaptability to changing environments

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in process engineering

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and troubleshoot advanced processes for Operations, with a focus on innovation, quality, and efficiency
Understand e2e data flow, final product specs, raw data inputs, identify, quality, and explain dependencies, and build simulation methodologies and tools to test upstream impacts on final data delivered to clients
Plan and execute projects, including development of process modules, analysis of experimental results, and deployment across the organization
Work closely with ops teams, engineering teams, operational leaders, product leaders, and other stakeholders to improve, standardize, and innovate processes
Conduct compliance assessments and ensure all users comply with process standards
Monitor and update current system processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices
Utilize strong technical background to develop new and improved processes aligning with company goals for safety, customer experience, capacity, quality, and cost
Apply robotics, machine learning, cognitive AI, and other technologies to develop and implement automation strategies
Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs, advise on process improvements, and implement transformative actions
