Less than 1 year of related experience (1 or more years preferred); equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Intermediate Computer Skills

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise throughout the manufacturing process, including guidance on best practices and equipment
Optimize production for efficiency and quality
Train various teams and support ongoing production activities
Ensure manufacturability of new products while adhering to standards
Lead new product introduction processes
Develop high-quality, cost-appropriate manufacturing solutions/services that satisfy customer requirements
Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for creation, analysis, and verification
Demonstrate clear understanding of Plexus Manufacturing processes, Product Requirements & Specifications as applicable to the role
Execute responsibilities in adherence to Plexus' Manufacturing Processes
Produce comprehensive project documentation based on project needs, in accordance with quality and change management procedures and guidelines
