Responsibilities

The Process Automation & ServiceNow Advisory Management Consultants will support clients in optimizing and transforming critical business workflows, improving experience, managing risk, and streamlining operations. They will advise on optimizations across client’s most critical business functions, shape and deliver business outcomes, and contribute to ServiceNow implementations. Consultants will also work across various sectors and industries, providing training and coaching to colleagues, and building a broader consulting capability. Finally, they will maintain client relationships to advance the objective of being a trusted advisor, enabling client strategy and driving high performance from the team.
