Responsibilities

  • Execute production tasks including advanced data coding across multiple product categories
  • Perform high accuracy data matching across diverse data sources
  • Conduct end-to-end quality checks and validation of product features and pricing
  • Apply analytical thinking to identify outliers and anomalies in pricing, sales, and market trends
  • Proactively suggest corrections and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity and consistency throughout the production cycle
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes, clarify queries, and ensure timely data delivery in alignment with SLAs
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for data errors or delivery issues and drive resolution
  • Document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly and consistently
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members when needed
