Requirements

  • Licenciado en Derecho, con formación financiera (adquirida bien por estudios de posgrado, bien por experiencia profesional)
  • Formación de posgrado en materia fiscal y tributaria
  • Experiencia profesional de entre 8 - 10 años en despacho de abogados de primera línea, prestando sus servicios en el área fiscal y tributario y/o private client
  • Experiencia en otras entidades de banca privada en departamentos de planificación patrimonial
  • Conocimientos financieros, productos y servicios bancarios y en especial de Banca Privada
  • Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas: Excel, Powerpoint
  • Manejo de bases de datos jurídicas
  • Nivel de inglés alto
  • Disponibilidad para viajar

Responsibilities

  • Servicio personalizado de planificación patrimonial a clientes del segmento patrimonial alto (High Net y Ultra High Net Worth) para acompañarles en la estructuración de su patrimonio familiar en sus diferentes vertientes (financiero, inmobiliario y empresarial) y en todo lo relativo al relevo generacional y la gobernanza familiar
  • Resolución de cuestiones tributarias internas (a nivel nuevos productos y servicios)
  • Ponencia en cursos de fiscalidad dirigidos a la red comercial de Banca Privada
  • Participación como ponente en charlas y conferencias dirigidas a clientes
  • Identificar, evaluar, gestionar y comunicar cualquier riesgo derivado del desempeño de sus funciones y profundizar continuamente en el conocimiento de los riesgos
