Responsibilities

  • Focar na captação e gestão da carteira, garantindo uma transição estruturada para o modelo de relacionamento
  • Ativar relacionamentos ainda não explorados, com foco em prospecção ativa de clientes de high e ultra high net worth (UHNW)
  • Trazer nomes relevantes fora do ecossistema atual do banco, ampliando a base de clientes estratégicos
  • Atuar de forma consultiva na venda do segmento Private e na apresentação do banco como parceiro estratégico
  • Colaborar com áreas internas (investimentos, crédito, câmbio, seguros) para entregar soluções customizadas e integradas
  • Reportar resultados comerciais e pipeline de prospecção, garantindo alinhamento com as metas estratégicas da área
