At least six (6) months of clerical and/or customer service experience (or other combinations of education and experience may be considered)
Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and clerical processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and basic file formats (PDF, DOCX, PPTX)
Knowledge of file preparation and troubleshooting for printing (e.g., margins, page setup, resolution, file compatibility)
Skill in operating high-speed commercial printers, copiers, binders, laminators, and various other office machines
Skill in managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a satisfactory work product
Ability to quickly learn and safely operate high-capacity digital print and finishing equipment
Ability to plan, organize, and maintain a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
Ability to evaluate job requests, plan, prioritize, and perform appropriate actions
Ability to collaborate with team members and support internal departments with professionalism
Ability to exercise judgment in handling and working with sensitive and/or confidential information
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
Greets customers (all judicial branch employees and approved outside entities), answers telephones, and provides information regarding department procedures and services
Retrieves print job requests via Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, in-person, and USB drives
