Requirements

15+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience
Experience designing, debugging (within both benchtop and HIL testbeds), optimizing, and supporting complex software applications
Experience with custom, programmable hardware systems (like CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, etc.) leveraging high-speed interconnects, high bandwidth memory, and cooperative multitasking for distributed computing across many processing elements
Experience deploying solutions within data centers
Demonstrated expertise in Machine/Deep Learning
Proficiency with Kubernetes
Expert programming skills (C++ and Python)
Deep knowledge of Linux OS/driver/real-time software

Responsibilities

Contribute to the creation of new hardware, firmware, middleware, and software solutions for Recogni’s multimodal GenAI products
Design and develop system-level solutions for Generative AI inference acceleration
Advise on and maintain system architecture best practices
Collaborate with strategic technology partners
Debug and optimize complex software applications
