Requirements

Candidates must possess 12+ years of software development experience, extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications, and a proven track record of building high-volume products at scale. They should have hands-on development experience with current open source tools and technologies, including Java, Spring, MySQL, Hibernate, Gradle, Git, Jenkins, AspectJ, Messaging, Solr, and Lucene, as well as experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React. Furthermore, applicants need to demonstrate drive and flexibility to roll up their sleeves and work hard in a fast-paced startup environment, and strong mentorship skills with a proven record of making their team better.

Responsibilities

As a Principal Full Stack Engineer, the individual will collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to design and solve complex problems, own all aspects of feature implementation from design to production, and mentor freshly minted software engineers. They will define and evangelize best practices and coding standards, review code, and contribute to the direction of the build, serving as an advisor to product leadership.
