Requirements

Seasoned, hands-on Product Manager with 5+ years of experience building products as a Product Manager or Founder
Have launched a significant B2C / B2B product and embedded learnings from successes and failures
Customer obsessed, with deep understanding of customers, identifying pain points, and delivering empathy
Hands-on execution mindset, willing to roll up sleeves, wear any hat to help team ship faster
Hunger for quantitative growth, numbers obsessed, with sufficient analytical skills to make sharp decisions

Responsibilities

Support the launch of new version of the ‘current account’ by enabling customers to get returns on money while spending and sending without restrictions; drive global growth of Wise Interest product set
Work closely with Designers, Researchers, Developers, Compliance, and Analysts to enable informed decisions and inspire highest standards of execution
Directly contribute to mission of making money without borders the new normal by figuring out and building solutions for instant, convenient, transparent (eventually free) money movement
Build world-class, innovative, state-of-the-art products with global impact
Choose path to impact by working with team to create own vision, gather feedback, and make autonomous decisions
Inspire teams across the company with ideas, knowledge, and self-starting attitude
Report to Wise Assets product lead to find path to massive impact on Wise mission
