Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution, driving initiatives from start to finish
Deeply understand and empathize with user needs to create impactful solutions
Tackle complex problems with first-principles thinking
Define and communicate ID.me Marketplace’s product vision and strategic direction
Set clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
Write clear, detailed product requirements and documentation
Use data and insights to prioritize features effectively
Develop cross-functional program plans that address interdependencies across teams
Conduct market research to explore opportunities in new markets and verticals
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive the commercial success of our products
