Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, workflow platforms, or developer platforms

Responsibilities

  • Define the vision and strategy for Firefly Services Workflows—how generative AI capabilities are composed into automated, reusable, and extensible creative processes
  • Design and scale workflow primitives (e.g., orchestration, chaining, sub-graphs, and execution engine) that will power Firefly capabilities across enterprises
  • Collaborate with Firefly Research and platform teams to productize various workflow actions into enterprise-ready, scalable services
  • Work with other Adobe products to embed these workflow capabilities in their user flows
  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for the creative production flow at Firefly
  • Build and evolve the Firefly Workflow Embeddability and Consumable APIs to enable developers, partners, and internal teams to embed workflow capabilities into their apps
  • Partner with Developer Experience teams to deliver documentation, tooling, and example workflows that accelerate third-party adoption
  • Define governance, versioning, and monitoring standards to ensure workflows are secure, performant, and compliant across domains
  • Serve as the connective tissue across Firefly, Creative Cloud, and Experience Cloud—aligning workflow strategies and ensuring interoperability across the ecosystem
  • Influence long-term architectural decisions for Firefly Services and shared infrastructure
  • Mentor PMs, or individuals with comparable experience, and guide cross-functional teams through ambiguity, ensuring strategic clarity and execution excellence
