Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management (Option 1), or 11 years’ experience in product management or related area (Option 2)
  • Experience working through a full product lifecycle, scrum team framework, and driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
  • Written and verbal communication skills that enable simplifying complex problems and evangelizing a strategy and roadmap to stakeholders
  • Domain knowledge in warehouse technology, Warehouse controls and execution systems, omnichannel experience
  • Comfortable understanding a product’s tech stack and engaging in effective technical discussions with engineering partners
  • Experienced in creating platform solutions that span across multiple teams and products
  • Previous experience working in a highly automated Fulfillment Center/Distribution Center environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Organize sprints, prioritize the backlog, and provide crystal-clear requirements to a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data analysts
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps; prioritize product backlog; execute on business outcomes; and manage rollout of product features
  • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to execute and deliver the desired business outcome
  • Track data and KPIs and leverage AI tools to optimize existing capabilities and innovate for the future
  • Bring Supply Chain expertise, provide cross-functional influence, and support data-driven decision-making while focusing on utilization of AI/ML Integration and Digital Transformation
