Requirements

5+ years of product management experience
Technical fluency—you can work closely with engineering on system integrations, APIs, and data flows

Responsibilities

Own the Billing Product Vision & Roadmap – Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Dandy’s billing platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance
Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences – Build intuitive, transparent, and accurate billing and payment processes that earn customer trust and reduce friction
Collaborate Across Functions – Partner with sales, accounting, legal, operations, and customer service to align on requirements, priorities, and delivery
Ensure Global Accuracy & Compliance – Work with finance and legal to ensure systems meet tax, regulatory, and audit requirements across geographies
Optimize for Growth – Support new pricing models, subscription plans, promotions, and expansion into new markets
Modernize Our Infrastructure – Evaluate and implement integrations with payment processors, tax engines, and billing service providers
Leverage Data to Improve Systems – Monitor billing metrics, identify trends, and proactively address issues to improve operational and customer outcomes
