Knowledge of Product Development lifecycle
Knowledge of Project planning and forecasting
Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines

Experience in Agile Methodology, especially Scrum
Hands-on experience in running all Scrum Ceremonies

Responsibilities

Coordinate Incident Management for multiple digital products
Interact with multiple internal teams to resolve incidents and plan scope of work for the Support Team
Provide release support for enterprise initiatives, upgrades, production hotfixes, and platform maintenance
Prioritize tasks based on team capacity and coordinate with Technical and Business teams to set expectations
Be tech-savvy and open to learning and applying new concepts and technologies
Keep everyone in sync across time zones or teams
Lead medium to big-sized teams
