Responsibilities

  • Guide teams and stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions
  • Act as SME for customer solutions, ensuring technical artifacts are complete for each system and vendor
  • Lead risk assessment, resolve technical issues, and remove project impediments
  • Gather and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and use cases
  • Define high-level solutions, system impacts, features, and integration points
  • Advise on architecture and development options that support flexibility and re-use
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, local MNOs, and internal teams (ops, legal, finance, sales, etc.)
  • Lead cross-functional discussions throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and resolve issues
  • Oversee and approve technical artifacts to maintain cohesive solutions
  • Evaluate deliverables, integration points, and deployment timelines; recommend strategies to meet testing and partner needs
  • Lead and document technical product lifecycle matrices and solution flows
  • Remove obstacles, evaluate and escalate issues to keep projects on track, aligning teams throughout the delivery lifecycle to ensure integrated technical solutions
  • Define and manage end-to-end test strategies across all phases
  • Review and approve test cases/results, facilitate troubleshooting, and act as liaison for defect resolution
