Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, iterating quickly based on real usage data and team feedback
Design user-friendly experiences across marketing site, web application, and documents for landlords insuring rental properties
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate user needs into clean, effective design solutions that ship fast and impact outcomes
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups balancing user goals, technical constraints, and business objectives
Run usability tests and gather feedback from diverse users (e.g., landlords, insurance agents) to validate designs and uncover blind spots
Simplify complex data and workflows (e.g., coverage selection, policy document management, production reports) into clear, digestible visuals
Review engineering PRs to ensure designs are built accurately and consistently, and communicate fixes clearly
Extend and evolve the design system for visual and functional consistency across the product ecosystem
