  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, or a related strategic role
  • Proficiency in Excel with experience in modeling and scenario analysis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytics
  • Track record of navigating matrix environments and cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, business-focused mindset with a drive for strategic execution
  • A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare pricing, strategy, finance, or reimbursement in the EMEA region is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Vendavo software and an understanding of legal and compliance requirements would be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic pricing frameworks aligned with business goals and market trends
  • Shape pricing for new product launches, using value drivers and competitive insights
  • Provide pricing input into Integrated Business Planning (IBP), including average selling price (ASP) forecasts
  • Lead floor price governance, validating exception requests based on strong business rationale
  • Translate market dynamics and pricing intelligence into actionable insights
  • Monitor price volume metrics (PVM) to track strategic pricing initiatives and value capture
  • Support pricing capability-building and standardization across countries through governance tools and training
