A minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting leadership roles at a top-tier consulting company focused on technology (Digital/SaaS/Enterprise Software) is required. Experience working with functional business leaders to identify business objectives and develop outcome-focused roadmaps is essential.
The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for designing and governing the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to align platform capabilities with business objectives, ensure architectural best practices, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across various modules, defining and maintaining the platform’s technical architecture roadmap, leading platform governance, performance, scalability, and maintainability best practices, and providing architectural guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators. The role also requires serving as the Subject Matter Expert for the ServiceNow platform, evaluating and recommending new capabilities, and contributing to platform innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the development of reusable solutions.
