Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 10 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, with a strong focus on capacity planning and enterprise resource planning. Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, KPIs, and OKRs is essential, along with experience in both on-premise and cloud environments. Superior interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, negotiation, and prioritization skills are also required.
The Principal – Infrastructure Architect will author capacity strategy documentation for critical systems, consult with leadership on OKRs and KPIs, design and implement infrastructure solutions, produce capacity metrics and forecasts, provide detailed data analysis to senior leadership, construct a data-driven approach to budget planning, identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, adhere to corporate security standards, engage in prototyping and testing, perform research and author business cases, engage with vendors, consult on life-cycle management plans, review technical design documents, collaborate with various teams, and gather customer feedback.
