Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product research, development, and launch of contact lens products
Lead program management across multi-functional groups (Project Teams, Process Development, Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial) to deliver portfolios and ensure successful product introduction/lifecycle stewardship
Drive development strategy throughout the product lifecycle, emphasizing connections between manufacturing, product characteristics, and patient experience
Serve as technical authority and influence R&D leadership to meet objectives
Promote program governance, multi-functional collaboration, risk-based decisions, environmental policy, and Credo-based decision-making
Lead highly complex R&D programs from discovery through launch, focusing on multi-functional governance and milestone-based delivery
Conduct highly complex research and analysis
Contribute to developing new principles/concepts and translate into roadmaps/plans
Exercise independent judgment on methods, techniques, evaluation criteria, risk-based decisions, and scalable solutions
Drive continuous improvement in materials, processes, products, and procedures across lifecycle
Act as authoritative technical resource, providing direction and mentoring
Align efforts with long-range business strategies, portfolio choices, acquisitions, and licensing
