Responsibilities

  • Shape Company-Wide Technical Strategy: Partner with engineering leadership to define long-term technical strategy, making critical decisions that guide multiple teams and influence the direction of the entire company’s products and platform
  • Architect Core Systems at Scale: Design, build, and oversee various parts of the product, ensuring reliability, scalability, and extensibility for future growth
  • Lead High-Impact Initiatives: Take ownership of the company’s most complex, ambiguous technical challenges, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering impactful solutions
  • Elevate Engineering Across the Org: Mentor and influence other engineers, raising the technical bar through guidance, code reviews, design discussions, and best practices adoption
  • Drive Innovation: Champion new technologies and approaches (including AI-assisted tools), balancing experimentation with pragmatic delivery
  • Cross-Team Influence: Act as a key technical advisor and connector across product, design, and engineering, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives
