Requirements

  • Expertise in designing, assessing, and improving email security policies and procedures, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
  • Ability to collaborate with IT/Security teams to configure rules/policies in O365 emails and Proofpoint
  • Experience reviewing and assessing inbound domains and policies in internal email and external network environments
  • Knowledge of evaluating internal SMTP relay within internal networks, O365, and external systems
  • Proficiency in conducting regular security assessments of email systems to identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation
  • Skills in setting up automated monitoring for email threats and working with incident response teams
  • Capability to assist in responding to incidents related to email and cloud security
  • Experience working with DevOps/IT and security teams to integrate security features into cloud and email infrastructures
