Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates price lists and customer-specific pricing reports
- Manages cases in the generic inbox / workflow (and subsequent cases in Salesforce) by investigating pricing discrepancies, validating data, and answering various queries by both internal and external Stakeholders
- Conducts Sox Controls to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance
- Coordinates with the Business Analyst and pricing systems teams to ensure system integrity and proper report generation
- Prepares analytics for customer-specific audits. Also performs audits as required
- Manage tool user access and perform mandatory audits
- Own maintenance of the SAP Reference Guide
- Provides timely data to support strategic pricing decisions, margin analysis, and compliance reviews
